Kids in Discipleship (K.I.D) is a whole-church mentoring ministry where the entire congregation unites in embracing children and discipling them to Jesus Christ. K.I.D equips children and families to fully engage with the worship, ministry and mission of the church.

K.I.D University is three days of intensive training at Crosslands, to equip volunteer leaders to direct Kids in Discipleship in their church. Once Kids in Discipleship is implemented in the local church it becomes an important way parents are equipped to be the primary discipler’s of their children and children equipped as disciple-makers.

The group must include a minimum of four persons; the pastor and three lay-leaders.
