Products on this website are advertised for the American market. The web specials advertised are only available in the USA at those special advertised prices. Please be aware that if you are an international customer (shopping from outside the USA), conversion rates, GST, freight, and other applicable import fees will apply to your order. Some products are run-out stock or out-of-print titles that are limited in quantity and available only while stocks last.

Step 1 You place your order, using our secure on-line ordering system.

Step 2 AdventistBookCenter.com automatically sends you an e-mail confirmation, to let you know that your order has been entered successfully.

Step 3 AdventistBookCenter.com sends your order electronically to the Adventist Book Center serving your area-usually the one closest to your shipping address.  (This will save you shipping time and freight costs.)

Step 4 The ABC will phone you or send an e-mail, to let you know they have received your order.

Step 5 The ABC processes your order, and as soon as your item(s) are shipped, they bill your credit card. (If the store does not have the item in stock, they will contact you to advise when it is expected.)

Step 6 The ABC phones or sends you an e-mail telling you that your order has been shipped.

AdventistBookCenter.com and its participating bookstores will do everything possible to give you excellent customer service, but if you live outside North America, there are some factors which can affect the cost and delivery time of your order. It's important that you give us a valid, permanent e-mail address, so that we can contact you to confirm your wishes and any variations in cost before your order is charged to your credit card or shipped.

• In some cases, your price on an item may be higher than that shown on the web site, because of customs  duties and import costs.

• If your order is filled by an Adventist Book Centre doing business in currency other than US dollars, your  price will be based on the current exchange rate when the order is shipped.

• All orders are subject to local taxes.

• Orders between countries will be shipped the most economical way, unless you request expedited shipping.

• Some participating Adventist Book Centres outside North America operate on shortened hours which could  affect your delivery time.  However, everything will be done to give website orders priority and fill them  as quickly as possible.

• Product availability is subject to stock available in the country where the order is filled. When stock is  not available locally, your participating Adventist Book Centre will be happy to order for you directly from  the publishers.  Such orders may take added time due to importing and shipping delays, and will be subject  to shipping charges from the publishers in the United States, as well as duty and import costs, where  applicable.
