Administration > President > Church Management

I have the challenge of the overall management of two retirement villages, seven primary schools, three high schools and 69 church congregations. In order to do this effectively and with some degree of efficiency, I am privileged to work with and enjoy the assistance of senior experienced church and school specialists who I meet with once a month for communication, problem solving, sharpening the vision and sense of mission, strategic planning, and for wonderful fellowship in a common cause. I have fifteen such specialists plus a six person treasury team of finance operations. I meet with each school council on a shared basis with my Directors of Education, and fellow officers.

I serve the Conference as chairman of the Conference Executive Committee which is the committee appointed by the local church delegates at the time of the session. This committee is charged with the responsibility for the overall operations of the church in this Conference. I also serve as chairman of the board of Directors for the three companies set up by the members of the executive committee who also appoint the directors of each of these companies. The Conference Secretary and Conference Treasurer are also the secretary and treasurer for each of the three companies. These four entities generate eight significant committees each month. There are a number of other management committees caring for important functions of our church operations that I either chair or assist as a member.
